Leonard A. ("Lenny" "Big Len") Springer, Jr.

Leonard A. Springer, Jr. "Lenny", "Big Len", age 65, of Masontown, PA passed away on Tuesday evening, April 2nd, 2024 at his home with his loving family at his side.

He was born on July 17th, 1958 in Uniontown, PA

Son of Leonard A. Springer, Sr. of Uniontown, PA and the late Sandra Kay Watkins Rodgers.

Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister:  Mikell Rodgers

Lenny loved being outside in the sun, fishing, dancing, and listening to music.  He always made everybody feel welcome, and nobody was a stranger.  His greatest accomplishment was raising his six amazing children and his eight beautiful grandchildren.

Lenny is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years:  Tyffanie M. (Metz) Springer

six children:  Tara Springer - Pittsburgh, PA; Zachary and Mila Varano - Masontown, PA; Kayla and Jonathan Coddington - Grindstone, PA; Leonard A. Springer, III and Shelby - Ralph, PA; Lytisha and Cody Hess - Fredericktown, PA and

Tiffany Cottrell - McClellandtown, PA

8 grandchildren:  Danny, Joey, Myka, Runner, Cody Jr., Olivia, Ava, and Hunter.

father and step-mother:  Leonard A. Springer, Sr. and Phyllis - Uniontown, PA

step-father:  Oney Rodgers - Uniontown, PA

sister:  Jamee Waligura - Uniontown, PA

Also survived by several nieces and nephews, especially his little sidekick Rylee Murray, who he helped raise after her mother and Lenny's sister Mikell passed away.

His 3 beloved dogs who were always at his side:  Tiny, Batman, and Lexii

Friends will be received in The Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park Street Brownsville, PA on Sunday from 1:00PM until 7:00PM and on Monday from 10:00AM until 11:00AM.  A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM with Rev. Timothy Tanner officiating.

Interment will follow In LaFayette Memorial Park.
