Jane "Jennie"  Ropejko (Kaminsky)
Jane "Jennie" Cecilia (Kaminsky) Ropejko, age 86, of Grindstone, passed away at Cherry Tree Nursing Center, after a long battle with cancer, on Sunday, May 6, 2018. She was born on July 28, 1931, daughter of the late Stanley and Antoinette Kaminsky.

She was a fantastic homemaker. Her family meant the world to her. She was a member of St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church in Grindstone. She loved her dogs, Missy, Khole and Peaches.

her husband John Anthony Ropejko;

Joseph Kaminsky
Steven "Red" Kaminsky
Sisters Stephie Doobies
Viola Stotka
Marie Sabo
Sophie Williams
She is survived by
daughter - Beverly Cernelli and husband Nick
daughter - Brenda Newman
son - Chris Ropejko and wife Kim
daughter - Sharon Grego and husband William
also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, PA 15417 on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm., where transfer prayers will be conducted on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 10:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Cecilia Church, Grindstone, PA., officiated by Rev. Fr. Timothy Kruthaupt. Interment in LaFayette Memorial Park.
