Evelyn A. Lanzi, age 94, of Brownsville, PA passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2018.

She was born on August 13, 1923 in LaBelle, PA
Daughter of the late Domenico and Emilia (Rosa) Lattanzi

Evelyn was a member of the former St. James R.C. Church of LaBelle, PA and currently a member of The Historic Church of St. Peter in Brownsville, PA and also the Christian Mothers
She was also a member of the former Pietro Micca Sons of Italy Lodge of Republic, PA and currently a member of The Rosa Garabaldi Lodge of Brownsville, PA

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years: Enrico (Regis) "Reggie" Lanzi

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Evelyn is survived by her 4 children:
Marlene Sawayda and husband Michael - Export, PA
Paul Lanzi and wife Cheryl - Brownsville, PA
Nickolas Lanzi and partner Hank Page - Devon, PA
Angela Ryan and husband Ken - Brownsville, PA

5 grandchildren: Michael Sawayda and wife Susan; Rebecca Jones and husband Tim; Christina John and husband Mark; P.J. Lanzi and fiance Dannika; Kenny Ryan, Jr.

5 great-grandchildren: Samantha, Matthew, and Nathan Sawayda; Ellyonna Lanzi;

Friends will be received in The Skirpan Funeral Home 135 Park Street Brownsville, PA on Friday from 2-8PM and on Saturday until 9:30AM where a Prayer Service will be held followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at The Historic Church of St. Peter - Brownsville, PA with the Rev. Fr. Timothy J. Kruthaupt as celebrant. Interment will follow in Milfred Cemetery, Fredericktown, PA
